When will my items be delivered?

We try our very best to insure that our customers receive the very best value in postage costs. For this we rely almost entirely on the Royal Mail and our trusty courier for larger items. 

Your order could arrive the very next day, but sometimes it can take up to 5 working in certain circumstances (avg. for UK customers).      

Postage Costs:

Flat rate shipping costs are as follows: 

United Kingdom:  £2.95   (free shipping for orders over £30)

European Union: £4.95    (free shipping for orders over £50)

USA:  £5.95 (heavier items may incur an additional shipping surcharge  - will be shown in Shopping Basket upon selecting shipping method)

Canada: £5.95 (heavier items may incur an additional shipping surcharge - will be show in Shopping Basket upon selecting shipping method)

we reserve the right to re-quote shipping costs for international destinations (with your approval). 

Free Postage:

 

All UK orders over £30 qualify for free Postage. 

Deliveries to multiple addresses:

 

If you wish to have deliveries split to various addresses, the very best way would be to place individual orders. But we are willing to take on custom instructions

What if I would like to send an item as a Gift?

 

This is not a problem. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to place instructions to have your order sent out as a gift. In this case we will not send billing information. You may also write a short message to the recipient if you wish. For International customers outside the European Union we will also mark the item as a gift on the Customs Declaration form.

International Shipments:

 

We are able to ship worldwide, however we do reserve the right to re-quote shipping costs to international destinations. If we find that your international order is very heavy or of an oversized dimension we may contact you with a new shipping quote for you to approve prior to postage and billing.  In any case you will be assured of the very best value, and lowest possible postage prices.

Depending on the weight of the shipment and the destination, international orders can sometimes take as long as 6 weeks to arrive to some locations (including border crossings and customs clearance) so please have realistic expectations about global transit times for postal delivery.

International Shipments: I don’t see my Country Listed!

 

If your country is not listed on in the checkout, you may still place your order. We will contact you with the actual shipping costs to your destination for your approval. Please remember to fill in your email address in the checkout.
